A really fun class for your general and climbing specific fitness. These group classes are designed for all abilities and fitness levels to train in a safe and encouraging environment. Perfect your form, learn new exercises and bring high energy into your week. The 75min class includes a warm up and cool down. Held in studio 2 from 16:15 - 17:30 every Monday

TheClinic
The most rewarding technical development opportunity outside of personal coaching. Be the first to climb on the new ‘modern movement’ boulder circuit each month. Learn with other like-minded climbers in a small group and improve your knowledge and application of a wide range of techniques and movements. The boulders will remain on the wall after the coaching session for around a week so you can come back and perfect what you have learnt! Held downstairs by the spray wall

Stability and strength in full range of motion - Progressive strength exercise for continuous development of strength with range

Fitness testing - Track your fitness over the long term, benchmarks for continued self-assessment/knowledgeWeek 42 - Not running
Week 43, 45 & 46 (44 not running)-
Strength and strength endurance - Fundamental exercises exploring different time under tension strengthening methods
Week 47, 48 & 49 -
Power - Progression of how to train for power, exercises for all major muscle groups
Week 50 -
Strength testing repeat- Benchmark tests of strength to track improvement (hopefully!)
Week 51 -
Low intensity exercises and critical movement maintenance & mobility (over Christmas) -
