  • A really fun class for your general and climbing specific fitness. These group classes are designed for all abilities and fitness levels to train in a safe and encouraging environment.

    I will go into detail and depth into four different ways of training this term so you can understand how and why to train in different ways. This is perfect for learning new exercises and safe form, getting to know your strengths and weaknesses and progressing over multiple weeks with detailed guidance into each exercise.

    Come and bring some high energy into your week! The 75min class includes a warm up. Held in studio 2 at 17:00 on Mondays at Moumo. See schedule below…

    Week 6, 7, 8 & 9 - Strength and stability at range

    Week 10 - Variable tempo strength endurance

    Week 11, 12, 13 & 14 - Power

    Week 15 - Variable tempo strength endurance

    Week 16 - Fitness & conditioning test

    Week 17 & 18 - NOT RUNNING

    Week 19, 20, 21 & 22 - Summer body suffering
